Formal grievance procedure, step by step:  

  1. Step one: Understanding your options  
  2. Step two: Approaching your trainer and presenting your complaint  
  3. Step three: If step two was not satisfactory, please email The Academy director using the form below 
  4. Step four: If the issue is not resolved, the associate dean will be informed
  5. Step five: If there is still no resolution, the matter will be presented to the Community Engagement and Outreach Committee
  6. Step six: Resolving of the issue
