- Step one: Understanding your options
- Step two: Approaching your trainer and presenting your complaint
- Step three: If step two was not satisfactory, please email The Academy director using the form below
- Step four: If the issue is not resolved, the associate dean will be informed
- Step five: If there is still no resolution, the matter will be presented to the Community Engagement and Outreach Committee
- Step six: Resolving of the issue
