Dr.Aisha salim Alaraimi has more than 20 years of experience in academics, research and corporate training. Aisha Salim Al-Araimy is an Oman nationality, she has achieved her academic qualifications from different universities. she has a Education, in the area of Administration (Human Resources Development) from International Islamic University Malaysia in 2015. She has been working in the Ministry of education for more than 25 years. She has worked with Canadian international company for 2 years as Training and Curriculum Counterpart. She holds many positions, start with physics and science teacher, school principal, head section and a Deputy Director for Technical Affairs of Main Training Center. Based on 27 years of experience in the area of Education and human resource development, she gained a number of technical and other skills and competences such as ability to prepare and deliver lectures and workshops, conduct needs analysis and feasibility studies, prepare educational and research reports, design training programs evaluation tools, plan and design training programs and assess the quality of training programs. She presented many papers inside Oman and internationally. She has more than 10 international publications in well-known journals. She has many contributions in the Ministry of education in preparing the 5-year Plan of the Ministry, preparing a new teacher guide and participation in the preparation of the career path activity students’ book and career counseling guidance book. During her work journey she received many certifications and appreciation awards for her excellent contribution in the Ministry. She was also involved in the community services in Oman to help women development. She worked in different colleges and universities in Oman as a lecturer in management, she taught many courses as undergraduate and postgraduate in Arabic and English, some of the courses delivered as follow:
