The program helps participants discover their strengths and weaknesses, improve their personal and professional skills in various fields, simulate the work environment, work in teams, accomplish tasks and gain more confidence as new leaders. It has been designed after a thorough study of the Omani market skills needs, global skills proposed by the World Economic Forum and prepared to be aligned with Oman vision 2040 which aims at ‘developing the national technical and entrepreneurial capabilities’. The first batch of the program was sponsored by Bin Omeir for Research and Charities and Bin Salim Enterprises and included 16 participants who were trained in six themes:  Personal and Professional Identity, Leadership and Emotional Intelligence, Communication and Critical Thinking Skills, CV Writing, Interview Preparation and Work Ethics, Professional Writing Skills and Marketing Skills. The next batch of the program will start in the Fall 2021.
